The Series 700 is a Skynet Terminator series which served as the stepping stone between the Series 600 and Series 800 endoskeleton.
The T-700 is first seen in the film Terminator Salvation at the time of its mass production by Skynet in the factory beneath the Skynet Central in San Francisco.[1] They are structurally identical to their infiltrator cousins but are built solely for combat and are not protected from the grime of production, resulting in their chassis being covered in oil and other matter that renders their titanium endoskeleton a dark hue.
